Junkers JU 88 "Mistel" A guided missle used by the Germans in W.W. II...largely ineffective from everything Ive read on it, but its odd and Id love to try and make a model of this interesting combo. Do any of you gents and laides know if anyone makes a JU-88 kit? |

I got mine at a hobby store last summer while I was out of town visiting family. I guess they didn't realize what they had because it was on sale. |

If you got the Mosquito or P-39 for other birthdays hang on to them as well as they have a decent value too. Anywhere from $40-100+ depending on alignment of the planets influencing the eBay bidders. Also, you can now edit typos in your comments and even delete them if you want. |

Wow, I didnt realize that these models retain or even go up in value that much! I really appreciate you guys giving me a heads up and letting me get hosed. |

I paid $200 for mine. And it was worth every penny. It hangs between my work area and the kitchen so I always see it. |

SteveM is right. I would love to get my hands on that kit to help finish my collection of obsolete Guillows kits. You can order a brand new PBY from acsupply for 63.05. But the road is as much fun as the destination |

Be advised that these kits are worth $120-250 in good condition while a PBY kit may run as low as $30-40. I do have a spare PBY but I'm not in the market to purchase the B-29. You could keep an eye on eBay and pick one up for cheap if you are patient. |

So I was wondering if anyone has a Guillows Series 2000 PBY Catalina kit they might be willing to swap or wheel and deal for this one. Let me know if anyone might be interested! :) |

James, could you please add this to the aircraft list since I dont think it will pass as a Cessna.

Cut out all the formers and ribs. Using basswood on this project since they were having a sale at the local shop. We will see how it goes, wish me luck! |

Slightly modified...enlarged the formers and ribs since this will just be a display model. |
