Thomas is in the paint shop. Color....orange. Logic...When "O"zee air flys in Alaska, the aeroplane will have floats in summer, skis in winter. If and when it crashes, orange stands out in the forest or in the snow.

Handling the model was becoming a liability. The old fingers kept breaking the 1/16 stringers in the nose. Instead of starting the seats, I elected to plank the nose. Planking completed and rough sanded. Planking with balsa strips was also the easiest way for me to obtained the necessary contours.
