Wonderfully crisp as always. Your canopy work/blends continue to amaze me. |

Amazing build quality! I'm really envious of the supper smooth surface I'm seeing on these models! I've got a couple of WW1 planes lined up right now, but I'm itching to do a WW2 aircraft so I can do the smooth surface technique. The in-fill process you guys are using is so different than the planking/sheeting I've used in R/C. Can't wait to try it! |

Thanks. I remember seeing a picture somewhere of camo being applied using large pieces of cardboard or plywood to mask areas already painted. I think it was WW2 era.

*pretty🙄 I believe they must have been painted at several locations using standard Air Force guidelines which may or may not have been a hot item, considering how many aircraft were involved. I've noticed a lot of variation in different kits and in some cases the schemes depicted are just simply wrong. There are many photos on the internet so all sources give a more realistic view of how they were painted. Plus there's a real one on the base a few miles from here:-) |

Sorry for the delete. The pattern was prery much standard but I'm sure there were variations. |

The colors were the same but each aircraft had its own pattern. |

Was the camouflage scheme the same on every plane, or were there variants? |
