Pinning the leading edge, I again glue the edge from the top.

Pinning at trailing edge and each extra strip, also at tip, I glue all edges from the top, leaving the leading edge till last after all have dried.

3 1/16 X 1/8 stringers glued to top of lower ribs ending at rib 6. This will give a curved airfoil on bottom. Ending stringers at rib 6 allows 1/16 sheet to flatten out at tips.

I also used 1/4" X 1/4" strips for leading edge (plan calls for 1/4 X 1/8 strips which are included in kit).

1 1/2" dihedralfor scale (plans calls for 2" for flying model).

3 extra stringers added to rear of wing for strength(plan calls for none).

-S-M-O-O-T-H-... Looking great poppy! I'll second julinick's anticipation of the cockpit/interior.

WOW!! That is NICE!! You have really captured the essence of the AD cowl with all those intakes and exhausts

I'm anxiously waiting for my favourite part of your build, the interior. Clean as usual poppy.

Some extra cross braces for added strength to a weak area.

30" version.
BriandKilby, Comment for image # 2658109 Jun 12 19:22
is this the 30" version?

I am hooked on DD's in fill method. This version had a bombardier/navigator and 2 to 4 seats in rear for transport. It could also be used to carry light cargo without rear seats.
