Thanks for the compliments fellow modellers, and Robert Good, thanks for the lead in. The never ending, scandalous legal battles between the Wright Brothers, with their patented "wing warping", against Curtiss with his "ailerons", and everybody else for that matter, left the US five years behind Europe in aviation advancement - with no US fighters available for WW1 - then the President of the United States stepped in ...

Wonderful aircraft (even if "He" was an enemy of the "Brothers"!) It's all prop, engine & wings - wonder what it was like to fly? Good choice for a scratch build!

Scratch Built Curtiss Pusher 25". Could not find a 6" - 1 to 12 sacle full body pilot. Trying to make the body out of balsa.

Extremely delicate - I should have glued gussets on the backs of every rib to the trailing edge.
