Cheers cd. I'd rather do this once i get a bit more experience. But the rest of my planes have not arrived.Do you know if Humbrols gloss laquer would seal my spit and help adhere the decals to the plane?

Hey wingspanner, this looks familiar - I've got one of these in my stash too! I bought it on eBay several months ago. Look forward to seeing this one progress. Great job on the Spitfire by the way, and nice to see a fellow Brit posting here again too.

Decal look like they have not adhered to the enamel paint. Is there anything anyone can recommend to spray over i.e. laquer

Almost ready for flight. Few more decals to do.

Dedication to the art. Cutting the decals. Hats off to Poppy , doing the decals and panel lines looked easy but it took me 40 minutes to get three letters on the fuselage.

Hey wingspanner, Thats such a generous offer. That would be great to have some more reference material for the Albatros.

Very nice! Cover and paint looks good. Not bad for your first airbrush try. It's gonna be a real beauty.

Creosote, no, that was apparently Castle Stalker in Argyll, Scotland.

Not bad at all wingspanner!! This is a great looking Spitfire, also nice to see something different to the abundant Mk 1's and V's. Very well done!!
