John, what size fitting is it that you used for the cylinder heads? And that collar, or whatever it is that the cylinder sits on. |

Cannot remember, I went to Lowe's with an engine diameter in mind and came home with the fittings....they come in different sizes. |

This was a fiberglass flight prop that I carved to scale shape. Scale props I have no idea. |

Yeah, John I agree. It would be a pity to cover-up a real "WORK OF ART" like that engine. I just pray that my old fingers and eyes, don't let me down. For I'm going to attempt to build one. You're a true inspiration, I never realized that there were so many of "us old codgers", in this hobby. I'm loving it. Do you know where I can buy scale propellers for static models, and,1/32 Vietnam Era weapons? |

I have the decal sheets for the Golden Age Reproductions F4B with a 22" wing span. I'll scan it and send it to you if you'll get back to me.

John,
I can't help but marvel at your craftsmanship. How do you scribe the panel lines on and how do you get the ridges on your wings, and tail? |

A true work of art. I'm building an F4B that I want to paint in a similar paint scheme. What an inspiration, she's a beauty!!

I am making the center section of the wing. I think this section, the fuse and LG will be a unit. |
