good news - no radial engine to build or spats to paint ---
the bad news - no radial engine to build or spats to paint..
the most observable points of interest on these early jets are the landing gear and the cockpit. I might drop the flaps and slats on the wings as well to give the eye more to do - we'll see |

throw a couple of drops of kerosene on the hotplate and it's like you're on the flight line... |

I love this angle - you can really see the shape of that intake - slightly canted in at the sides and continuously curving across the top and bottom. I wonder how the designer came to this exact shape. Or did they take the nose to a point and then just lop it off...halfway between the front of the canopy and the tip of the point. Chop!! "that looks good" |

Oh - I have gotten too deeply invested in FSX to even think about X-Plane. I understand that the library for that sim is growing pretty steadily though. It sure looks good compared to FSX but you are right - there is a ton of equipment to fly in FSX now, both military and civilian. |

I love this aeroplane - wish we had more types in X-plane! I actually miss FSX. |
