Just when I get the procedure down pat, they process is over....that is until the next time!

smaller in diameter...that is!
David Duckett, Comment for image # 972501 Nov 08 18:35
I wholeheartedly concur!

The wings need wire!
John M Oshust, Image # 972601 Nov 08 18:09

The wire rigging, masybe some panel lines, some little jimmies and jammies and this adventure will be over. Oh...a new larger improved prop!

Roundel on the right is the marking that appeared on this bird. The left roundel design was adopted right after WW1. I prefer the left roundel and will bend history a tad. It could have appeared on this plane as it toured the US after the war.

The clamps, metal measuring stick and epoxy worked. Five minute epoxy did rush the alignment process a bit.
John M Oshust, Comment for image # 972301 Nov 08 18:02
THe clamps are holding a metal straight edge to the lower wing bottom to insure everything lines up properly while the epoxy sets......it worked!!!

To keep it grounded.
JohnG., Comment for image # 972301 Nov 08 14:11
Why the clamps on the wing tips???
John M Oshust, Image # 972301 Nov 08 12:04

The wings are in the hands of the molecules!!

A small museum compared to others here on VA. This is # 9. I started late in life.

I think you've got more than a mini museum!
