I think you've lost it, I'm glad I still qualify as a youngster. When building to fly you have to be sure to remove the paint, but for display I'm not surprised that it isn't required. |

No, it's not necessary. There's very little CA involved but it works quite well. The metal wire center of the landing gear struts is also attached using medium CA. Old timers might remember a jingle for Brylcream, a hair cream...Brylcream, a little dab will do ya, Brylcream, you'll look so debonair. Youngsters will probably think I've lost it. |

Beautiful DD. As far a the RHPS, saw it the first of many, many times in '77 in the village of NYC, midnight show. Spent more time watching the audience and dressed up characters walking the aisles with whips and handing out "toast" than I did the movie. Much like your builds David, classic. BTW, how did Mr. Bostwick become "the voice?" Hmmmm.... |
