They are the Mission Mtns. About 30-40 miles of us looking SE.. We are 30 miles south of Kalispell, Mont. Most of the winter those clouds fill the valley. |

How far is that range away from you Don? The air looks crystal clear. |

I have an old, but functional, Nikon 8 megapixel, with macro focus. It is free to a good home but you have to wait until I go up in the hills of PA. |

It is probably the bow and not the archer. Since the Ogre Build restarted this year, I have taken all the photos with an iPhone six. When I compare identical photos taken by my ancient Sony camera and the iPhone; the phone wins. It does lack an optical zoom but it is very convienent to finish a step in the build, take photos, and send them to the cloud. |

Thanks for the kind words.
Brian, I forgot to say I"m using acrylic paint. |

Probably time for a new camera. Sometimes the auto focus works, sometimes not. I did edit out about 10 altogether. |

Brian. I started with white with just a tiny bit of blue mixed in. When it was dried, but not "set", I used a thinned black to wipe it. It loosens up the first layer and gives that look. Lots of luck involved. |

It happens. With digital pictures you can take two or three then edit "fuzzies" out before posting. |

I need to wear the cheaters more. Looked better when I took it. |

Aminor amount of touchup and we can pretend the pilot can see where he's going. |

Side was easy. The cockpit another story. I repeat: more compound curves than Marilyn Monroe. |
