No airbrush used since I still need a regulator to hook up to my new Badger compressor. Mottled/fade in was done in 3 hours, 3 different size stencil brushes and 3 gazillion napkins to dab and absorb extra paint before applying. |

David, aah...the ole liquitex color wheel. All are shades of the base wing color once mixed; just add a little titanium white or ivory black. I do see more than the plane in your photos. Again, thank you sir. |

Chris, my problem is, the more I research, the more I tend to do. In one of my many conversations with DD, he mentioned that "once it's done to how you want it to look, it's done. The building is easy. Your the critic of your own work." I'll never forget that. Me, I just can't say NO. Take my total repaint for example, it just wasn't right for the Mess I'm building, ergo totally redone, but now I love it. |
