I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

Looking good man! Based on the colors so far I am guessing this is going to be a Canadian mustang?

Still need to finish the prop and make a canopy.

Closest spray can to green that I had on hand was "John Deere" green, so that is what it got.

Next one I will redesign the build, as this one is quite heavy compared to what it should be. Live and learn.

Actually what I used for the base coat, and then first coat of fiberglass is Minwax Polycrylic. Waterbased, clear finish, works great for foam and fiberglass. The last coat will be epoxy to seal and toughen things up.

I have the 300% plans for the "Skeeter" as well. Might be a winter build.

Now to let the glue dry, and fiberglass that as well. Next up, the canopy........

I even impressed myself with this foam prop and spinner. Took me 2 hours in total so far. I just reglued it all with epoxy, impaled wood rods from the prop blades into the spinner for support.

Use epoxy....does not eat the foam.

Have you tested the fiberglass resin with the foam you used? Sometimes it"eats/dissolves" the foam.
