My hanger collection of my newest RC flyers, not including the Lanc I just got. Spitfire, P-51, and P-38. For size perspectives, the P-38 has a 48" wing span.

Still flying the P-38 BriandKilby? I saw one the the HK versions like you mention at a local flying club, nice unit. I have the GWS version which I just belly land on grass. Excellent flyer, just love it.

last year i got a 53" p-38 from a place like hobby king. it had retracts and flew pretty good and broke me into multiengine flying. the only thing was the gear doors were spring loaded and one of them wouldnt stay on . the props weren't counterrotating either.

It requires the radio, other wise ready to fly. Called a "pnp" version, (plug n play). It will be a hoot to fly! My buddy ordered the new micro Spitfire to fly as fighter escort for it.
