I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

I still need to make the canopy, spinner along with 4 blade prop. Then mount a tube from under at the COG for the pole to sit onto as this is going to be a yard ornamnent.

I pegged my calendar for a finish date of July 14th. Just takes so long for things to dry somedays.

It will have a skim coat of body putty to smooth it out, then fiberglassed to fend off the weather.

Here is a 300% version that I have been working for a buddy to use as a weathervane. Made a profile internal skeleton, along with the formers, then glues foan in between them. Used them as guides for the hotiwre and cut the foam to shape. Still working on the stab and rudder, than onto the canopy, prop and spinner.

Yes, and no........due to faulty esc's during a second attempt at its maiden flight, the motors surged causing a had pitch to the right. I manged to drop it down before the trees, but forgot about the barb wire fence. Its all good, repairs are done(minor anyways,) but I am waiting for replacment esc's from HobbyKing.

what size electric engine did you use?
Xanadu, Comment for image # 2649325 Jun 12 22:00
It is a Great Planes kit made for a .40 nitro, but I converted it to electric. All balsa, no foam on that one.
