I thought I might have a crack at a retractable u/c on this P-40 so it can be displayed either as a flying model hanging from the ceiling or up on it's wheels (if I can find the space ) !. A work in progress, very rough but slowly taking shape. |

Cockpit components painted in Tamiya cockpit green, will then start painting the individual components in appropriate colours. |

The finished model will have an open cockpit so I'm putting more attention to detail into the cockpit fittings. Still a work in progress. |
