I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

The finished fillet (well almost) fits satisfactory. There's nothing holding it there but gravity.

It was nice forming them away from the covering.

Well, how about removable fillets? I don't really know why I did 'em this way, but here's how I did them.

O.K. now I get it. Click "comment" after typing comment. Sorry. Funny thing DD is that this Friday Jimmy recieves top honors for 3rd grade spelling! About the "Little Guy", my five year old daughter (Katarina) joins us during our building sessions (no hobby knives or ca, just hobby saw and sandpaper) and wanted an airplane too. So I built her the "Little Guy" while she watched, she sanded and painted (doped, outside of course). I'll turn some wheels and a spinner soon.

They look great together, Philip. As Poppy said, please tell us about the little guy in the picture.

It's equally impressive that this young man knows how to spell! Bravo!!

It is refreshing to see a youngster not seeking instant gratification of video games but having the patience to enjoy the world of modelling. 'Tis a rarity these days. Congratulations!

Nice work, both! What is the "peanut"?

Box stock Guillow's bf 109. I've this kit and a fw 190 for about 35 years but never built them, till now. My son Jimmy and I are building these two together ( Jimmy turns 9yrs old in March). I do, he watches, he does.
