| Great plane, DD. Tried to upload an old pic of 2 from the 1960 Armed Forces Day show at Wold Chamberlain Field, Minneapolis. The site must know better. One of the purtiest planes the Navy had. Looking forward to this one. |

The front section was planked and sheeted and solid wood for the nose. Testing for fit:-) |

The airfoil is the same top and bottom which allows both wing panels to be built on the same plan. The tabs on the end ribs will be removed. |

Happy New Year! I learned to build with Berkeley kits in the late 50s but this one from 1957 never showed up at the LHS. When it showd up on ebay a couple of years ago I snagged it. |

| I've found that 1/32 scale decals work just fine on 1/24 scale models. Of course they're a bit small but who's to know? |

| This plane really epitomizes 1950s aircraft architecture. A really beautiful layout. I don't remember what I paid for mine, but you got a good price on both kits. |
