I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

It's an F9 but it's a Cougar.

If you want a pink one, or a blue one , or a silver one, or one with a blue tail, feel free to buy your own kit and paint it as you choose. Frankly, I'm more concerned with building it at the moment.

I like it. Bet DD doesn't though.

Pink! It will be the Pink Panther!

They did bad things to those old drones - painful to watch.

No

A drone with orange wings?
David Duckett, Comment for image # 3736303 Dec 16 04:56
It will not be all blue or all silver.
Creosotewind, Comment for image # 3736302 Dec 16 11:06
Overall blue or silver finish? There was an interesting Panther, cobbled from two different planes. The front was silver and the back, at the engine separation line, was from a blue plane. It was called The Blue Tail Fly.

Ted (Frwyflyer) made the tanks and the canopy.
David Duckett, Comment for image # 3735902 Dec 16 08:39
Yes.

do you add it on the inside david?
David Duckett, Comment for image # 3735902 Dec 16 03:04
I cut a piece of 3/32" stock to the outline of one half and glued it to the plastic. That provides a stable platform to glue the other half to and it also provides a solid base at the seam where much scraping and sanding are done. A bit more work is required before adding filler. These are made of stiff plastic and came from Jim Bolek, Creosotewind, and I don't know where he got them.

I have been doing some of this on my Ercoupe - it's a struggle to even approach the DD standard! Love that ultra smooth contour look David.

I was 13 when the movie came out and while I don't remember the story, I certainly remember the planes!

Thanks, Ray.

All I can think of is The Bridges of Toko Ri. Great Naval Aviation movie!
