| I might have learned a few things just by watching a master model craftsman, (DD) - as well as from seeing the shared works of ALL of the talented and helpful artists in this room.

| I have to say that I am also pleased with how this kit is shaping up. Dumas has not disappointed me with any of these Golden Age racers - in fact quite the opposite. I think I want to build them all just to see if they can keep this up. I highly recommend this one and would love to see someone build a flyer out of it. |

| yes - Ocean Beach in San Diego Ca...depending on how long ago it was you were probably here. I don't believe the other piers in SD have cafes on them - but then I don't get out much |

| Is this San Diego? My wife and I ate at a cafe on a pier just like this. Had the best hamburger I've ever eaten. |

| the under wing strut pylons are shaped sanded and installed. They look alright I guess..I can still do some minor shaping but we should be good to go here |

| the spatz are sanded and ready for paint but the cowling still needs to be done. Here it is mocked up so I can feel good about making progress and getting schtuff done. You can see the wing strut footings on the fuselage here and see my somewhat detailed Wasp Jr... |
