Moos...one "cadillac' down and one to go. Opted for a focusing lens for the right eye. A tad extra $$ but the result should be worth the extra cake! |

Yo O-man...it's me Moostang. Looks scrumptous. Been away way too long. No time to build though. Glad you "cadillac" tune-up went well. Have a lot of months to backtrack on the site for peoples' ongoing builds. Can't believe the Fortress sits untouched for about 6 months. :-( |

Yes, Kay at AerodromeRC cuts all kits custom. She usually ships in a week. Great service...top shelf. Join the AerodromeRC forum for build threads and tips. I have built an Albatros DII but not from an AerodromeRC kit. Check my hanger for build photos. This Pfalz is my 4th areodromeRC kit and soon there shall be a fifth! |

Hey John, looking fantastic! I ordered a kit (Albatros DII 24") from AreodromeRC. Are they cut to order and take a while to ship usually? I hope I can build it half as good as yours man! |

Thank you. I particularly like this angle for photograhing areo planes. Sorry about the dust! |

Great angle, looks like the German Air Service has moved a real Pfalz into the hanger for the night. |

A $10 pair of reading glasses from Walgreens gets the Pfalz works back in action! |

I had the eye checked by the Doc. today. Left eye is 20/20 for distance. Cannot see up close or read. Glasses required for building, reading, etc. Glasses cannot be made until right eye is completed. I am out out of the building business until November. |

poppy thanks,....Yes I believe they were. Just returned home with a new left eye lens. Anesthesia was a big let down. They promised a larger dose next time for the right eye! |

You did a beautiful job. After all, weren't the real ones painted on. |

I did not plan on painting the wing crosses. When I installed the stitching on the wing, I forgot to print and attach computer graphic crosses, then add the rib stiching. This error forced me to paint the graphics by hand. |
