I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

Permanent attachment of the air foils will take a bit of TLC to obtain proper alignment.

Played a bit with the cabane struts.

Added a bit of color to the upper air foil. Next make up a batch of rib stitching.

The upper foil is ginerly supported by the newly assembled cabane struts....important thing is they seem to fit!

Mucho wood here. Looking really sharp, accurate and true.
John M Oshust, Image # 2364628 Sep 11 15:37

Wood covered with sealer "hung out" to dry.

Top air foil covered with poly span. This is the last time I shall have to do this with old eyes. Cataract surgery starts next week.
John M Oshust, Image # 2364428 Sep 11 15:33

When painted with sealer poly span becomes more transparent.

After this pix I managed to get the upper foil ready for shaping and sanding tomorrow....then a couple of coats of sealer are in order.

I beg to differ I was remiss. Please note the saw dust as I did not vacuum the building board before the photo!
