Hey Sweetwillie, I think John O. has you on the right track with the filler. Here's a pic of a micro sanding block that I used to sand my fuse. Its just a block of balsa with sandpaper wraped around it. I was a great help to me to get a smooth and straight surface. |

Nice job! The P 40, 500 Guillows kit I`m working on now shows none of this wheel well detail, so I`ll use this picture as a Japanese blue print. Thanks! |

P-63 King Cobra. A little better but not much. It was still killer like the P-39. Had a terriblle habit of going into a flat spin in the hands of an inexperienced pilot. Ruskies loved them both for some reason. |

BarnStormer....Yes a Later model aracobra...King Cobra I believe. Unfortunately the e-mail order for the plans has been kicked back to me. This is the same address that I ordered the Goose. I will re-order tomorrow. Maybe the electronic gremlins are at work tonight!! |

Hey Sweetwillie, I cut the top portion of the B5 former out and glued 1/4" balsa block between B4 and B6 formers. Then I sanded to basic shape of fuse, used the paper pattern from the plans to trace the shape of the side glass and carved and sanded to shape. |
