I have not built the Camel, but those who have seem to enjoy it. The Wight Flyer is a really exceptional kit. The photographic style instructions are as good as I have ever seen. The parts sheets are a prime example of the density that can be achieved with laser cutting. Shows what kits can be like if care is taken with editing of the plans and instructions. The puzzling thing about it is the die cut stand. |

Thanks, and for the Wright Flyer, as well. That's a really nice kit and not that difficult at all. The instructions are very good. |

These colors were used on Camels based at Treizennes and are from the 10th (Naval) Sqn, RNAS which later became #210 Squadron, RAF. The black stripes are "A" flight, these red ones are "B" flight, and the blue ones were "C" flight. Various wheel decorations were used but were always in the same colors as the stripes on a white background. Mine will be plain, as these are. |

Not quite scale but this squadron did use red stripes and also blue ones, depending on which part of the outfit they were assigned to. |

1/16" balsa is glued to each side of the struts and sanded to an airfoil shape. These are one piece plastic struts, sorta u-shaped. |
