I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

I live abut 5 miles from Micro-Mark but I have been told that they do not sell over the counter.

The paper was not Micro-mark. Previously I used Micro Mark paper/film. After a couple of coats of sealant it will be strong. This bird is going to hang far up near a ceiling.

Micro-Mark should have what you need. I'm not sure which product does it, but I recall seeing it in their catalog and you can see an example on their website. I'll check the catalog when I get home tonight.

John, have you tried a decal wetting solution like "Microsol" this should sften the decals and make them conform to the corrugate.
John M Oshust, Image # 624330 Jan 08 19:11

To me making the engines was fun. This work is a pain in the ass.

Progress 8hrs worth for the two sheets on the wings and the decal. Covering with corrugated styrene is not a JOY!
John M Oshust, Image # 624130 Jan 08 19:06

The decals worked but they DO NOT like a corrugated surface!

Wood preservative zephyr....Thanks for the site, but at this stage the photos are not helpful. Just when you think you have enough reference phots new ones appear!

The site didn't link up. Here is the main page. http://www.umt.fme.vutbr.cz/~ruja/modely/podklady.htm Scroll down and you'll find the plane plan you need.

John, check out this website. It has a real nice 3-view of the Tri Motor in pretty hi-res. It may help you to decide where the panels need to go.
John M Oshust, Image # 620629 Jan 08 19:05

As your talented eyes can see, the sheet will conform to the leading edge. There must be a seam , however. Methinks just under the edge.
John M Oshust, Image # 620529 Jan 08 19:02

IT WORKS!! Holding the styrene sheets in boiling water, they conform to the bend you desire. They cool quickly and retain the shape.

If all else fails, how about remove those wing tips already installed and oversize them to the larger limit of the corrugated sheet. Then scribe the corrugation in with an emery board. Since you work with basswood rather than balsa, the process would be more controlled and forgiving. Just an idea that I would try.

Supply problems. Ran out of clear decal film, corrugated sheeting in shipment....building withdrawal... but I did get all of the markings ready!
John M Oshust, Image # 615828 Jan 08 11:28

The pegged wings will be yellow. When you purchased a Goose, Ford shipped it to you in boxes and you had to assemble it.
John M Oshust, Image # 615728 Jan 08 11:26

Well the wings have wooden tips and mounting pegs. I am waiting for the corrugated sheeting, on order. The tips may not get corrugating as I do not think I can form the sheets to fit.

The Tin Goose is #5.

John, i will be looking to see if the horn gasket is in place and the position of the cunnuter valve placement.... Awesome detail...and this is your 3rd plane?
