Outside of making the customary forgotten pitot tube, and the arrival of the Admiral this adventure is about to close.

Adm. Byrd has been notified thai his ride is almost ready. I am informed that currently he is in transit!

I can hardly wait. My building has been on a hiatus with family problems. Maybe tomorrow, I'll get re-inspired.

This one is far from perfect. A learning experience in scratch building. The next one will be better!

I can't believe my eyes! That is just beautiful! How can you improve on perfection? Well done, John.

Gorgeous!! A real museum piece, and a build anyone would be proud of.

Out for a breath of air, the "Floyd Bennett" sees daylight. I have learned quite a lot from this build. I hope my technique evolves upward for the next!

When I fly the Goose around the house making engine sounds, going thru door ways is difficult, just under 40 in span.

poppy... Well do they look any better now that they are permanent. The landing lights came from eyedropper bottle caps.

228 construction hurs and the "Tin Goose" has wings. Like the real Goose thin strips will cover the joints in the wings.
