I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

Another all balsa cowl....takes lots of time to make.

This is the prototype prop from my Pfalz...it was a laminated prop.
John M Oshust, Image # 1160528 Mar 09 13:27

Looks different with an air screw. Another prop from the seconds pile.

Fits!

A reject? Those laminations or wood grain look VERY NICE on this propeller.

Thanks....thought of that, the cowl will be easily removable. Engine needs touch ups and fine tuning.

It is gonna be a shame to put a cowl over that beautiful engine
Luke War, Comment for image # 1159828 Mar 09 11:43
Dont let that stop you John, Ive got some used oil Id be more than happy to let you take off my hands!
John M Oshust, Image # 1160028 Mar 09 11:01

This works for me.
John M Oshust, Image # 1159928 Mar 09 10:59

The prop is only to see what it "looks like", this is a reject from Klaus.
John M Oshust, Image # 1159828 Mar 09 10:57

Inatakes made and installed. Wanted to start her up but I am out of engine oil!
John M Oshust, Image # 1159728 Mar 09 10:56

The exhaust stacks will exit the bottom of the cowl thru two large pipes.
John M Oshust, Image # 1159027 Mar 09 19:01

Now it needs intakes.
John M Oshust, Image # 1158927 Mar 09 19:00

The 11 cylinder radial has an exhaust.
John M Oshust, Image # 1158827 Mar 09 18:58

The cowl nears completion.

Bubble......three down and one to go....until she extends the project. Working on the O"ster cowl. It shall be bright red.....I have spoken!
Luke War, Comment for image # 1156427 Mar 09 14:33
So is the "O"ster gonna be sporting a bubble canopy or open cockpit John? Oh, dont forget, we all wanna see a pic of those freshly painted walls too!
Creosotewind, Comment for image # 1154626 Mar 09 19:06
If the wings look familiar, it is the grandpappy of the P-47.
John M Oshust, Image # 1156425 Mar 09 19:02

The "O"ster stands on its legs. I would wheely like to start painting the fuse but my wuffy has me painting the living room a job I wheely do not like. Like painting planes...hate painting walls!!
John M Oshust, Comment for image # 1156325 Mar 09 19:00
wheely mounted that is!
