the aircraft restoration project has a very black engine installed. It appears that only the valve rods are chrome and maybe a handful of wiring harness fittings. I might touch the cap bolts with a chrome paint tipped toothpick to draw the eye to them a bit. Still thinking about it. Once I have the Dumas kit here I can measure the cowling and see if I need to cut the cylinders down to make the engine fit properly. Hopefully it wont need it but whatever it takes is what we gonna do.
