SW...Glad to see your hiatus is better...was it a truss or surgery? I cut the pins to different lengths to pin various things to my board. They are cheap, but effective!

John, I looked these pins up to buy some and they are called "Greening pins". I just got 100 of them today. Just thought you'd like to know.

If not for the background, would have thought this Pulitzer photo was taken by a Frenchman way back when.

With two planes completed and the Goose almost ready. I had to hang the Spirit until she and the Barrel can be shipped to my cabin.

New construction proceeds as plan. I e-mailed the manufacturer of the F3F-2 I suggested that he send the plans via E-mail. They just arrived. The damaged cowl is no problem as, if I use it there is no rush for a new one. Nice company, nice parts, laser parts are great!

Unfortunately the vintage cannot compare to Carlo...but I can collect inflatable pillows...if I were still backpacking!

The boxes fold up nice and flat when empty dont they.

I guess when warbids sells a short kit they are really short, plans that is! Great wood but Guillows plans rock! No Carlo for this build plasti pillow wine...Franzia, I think, the wuffy is complaining about the gallon jug bottles!

A couple more glasses of Carlo and he could probably talk to you!!

The new bird arrived today. Laser wood looks great but the plastic cowl was crushed beyond use and they forgot to send the plans!!! Yes Slim is the spirit from the Spirit!

Damn, he looks like a ghost!

The finishing touch to a superb build.

He just had to see his realistic bird again.

Moose...not only is Lindy AKA "SLIM" looking down...he made a cameo here today!

you are correct...spent considerably less in both areas... really enjoy seeing "the big boys" work! Looking forward to your next project.
