I used the exact words here in the city when the trees in front of the house had their bark rubbed off. My wife witnessed the critter and told me it was like the statue in front of the local Elk lodge. I offered to eliminate the "Beast" telling the city officials that I was afraid of being gored while walking Bubz. They sent me a brochure on deer repellant for flowers!!
