rayl.....Stretch magic is the beading monofilament I use for rigging. The lack of a direct view forward separated the expert pilots from the novice :-)

Great pics John!

Stretch Magic? This view also shows how the Flt. Lt. is basically flying "blind" when he roars off to battle the Henie Zeppelins.

This has to be one of the best shots. I almost expect the brave Lt. to roar off down the runway in a cloud of exhaust. Thanks for the tip on Stretch Magic.

rgood, A big thanks to Judson for the final photos. I really did not look at the pictures closely, I just posted them. I see what you mean he managed to capture the rigging nicely. I have trouble seeing the rigging :-)

I love the accuracy in the rigging wires in this shot! Very well done.

The Grandkidling is learning. The biggest lesson he has learned is that an expensive camera does not great photos make!

Thanks guys. I cannot comment on cobalt, but titanium knees are not like the ones depicted in the advertising videos!

Very, very realistic!

That's one of the very few drawbacks I have found to cobalt knees. They do make some things a bit more complicated. The Ogre, however looks great in the light. Enjoy your summer.

Man...a real CLASSIC. Once more you outdid yourself. You may put "building" on pause, but stay close to VA!!!!

Glad that Ogre got to see the light of day. A really fine build John. Don't be a stranger!

I cannot crawl around on the ground. I outsourced the final outdoor pictures of Ogre to my grandkidling. Ogre is on his way to flight duty in the garage!
