I think all is working again now. Please leave a comment on a photo somewhere if something you need is not working still.

Awesome detail!!! Looking for the prop spinning and smoke from the exhaust. Where's the pic of Yorgi and Boris dueling to see polits first!!!!

I reinforced the plastic cowl with Al flashing. The fit between it and the engine is too tight to permit engine and prop rotation. I turned the rotary into a radial.

Can you see the machine gun tracers?

The Camel rests, all we have left are the insignias, markings, and final touch ups. I ought to break ground on the new build Monday.

The prop turns. It and the cowl are esily removable if anyone wishes to look at the engine details.

Great detail John, all that work is really paying off. Nice picture too!

Boris peeks thru the painted rigging.

I did not think ahead. When I made the engine and prop I did not consider the length of the support shaft. It is too short and I cannot remove it. I want the engine and prop to turn freely. Yet another problem in micro engineering!

After the rigging is complete the upper and lower ailerons must be connected.

Boris tests the main wing cable tension. He will definitely get a low wing monoplane for his next ride.

Four more pieces of piano wire. The "X" rigging between the struts. I remember when I liked bi-planes!
