I think my biggest problem was simply lack of experience. I'm sure both string, thread, and wire will all work just fine if you know what you're doing. I'll have this behind me for my next build (p-47) when the Camel is done. Just a few more things to button up. |

Actually if you want to use string, a piece at at time, this method works well. |

Steve in NH 2 yrs past when I built my first plane, I tried this method for using string. If the string I used were not wax coated me thinks it would have worked....but I went to wire! |
