SW...Maybe we can meet half way between NJ and TX? The old Enfield is pretty sanppy. Goes thru a bell I made from an oxygen tank at 125 yds! |

That's my favorite of your builds. I'd love to go shooting. I haven't been in quite awhile. |

When the ink dries you MUST spray woth something like Krylon clear coating, then let that dry throughly. |

Thanks, my first attempt I printed then not too long after I tried to apply but the ink washed right off. I just printed again and found that setting the paper to "glossy photo paper" gives me the dark black color that has been eluding me. The directions suggest a fixative spray, but if you don't need it then I shouldn't either. I will try to apply these new decals in a day or two. |

Letting them dry overnight. I was not aware of setting solution. About 300 hrs into this build...what is another 12! |
SteveM, Comment for image # 6207 | 29 Jan 08 21:46 |
Do you use the setting solution sold by Micro-Mark or do you just dry overnight before applying? |

Wow!!! John, you've got magic hands. I'm afraid to attempt this. Just incredible. |
